Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received.

Orders are shipped through Canada Post Standard Mail. The following times are estimated (not guaranteed):

• Within Alberta – approximately 3-6 business days
• Within Canada - approximately 6-10 business days
  
• Within US - approximately 6-10 business days

If you choose a different shipping method, the delivery time will be based on the selected shipping option plus our processing time.

Please remember that these are estimates. Most packages arrive within the estimated arrival time but in some cases, they can take longer. Please allow enough time for delivery and possible postal delays if you require the item for a special occasion. Spring Valley Creations, unfortunately, has no control over delivery once the item has left our hands.
